Aims Companies Acquires Alexanders Industrial Services & Expands Throughout Southeast

Scottsdale, AZ – October 16,2018 – AIMS Companies, a national industrial, municipal and utility services company, announces that it is expanding to the Southeast with its acquisition of AlexandersIndustrial Services (AIS) headquartered in Phenix City, Alabama. AIMS currently operates in nine markets, including Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma in the southern region, and will expand its footprint and service areas to include Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Mississippi.

AIS has extensive experience in the Southeastern market and provides a full line of reputable industrial, municipal and environmental services with clients throughout the Southeast, and will begin operating this month as AIMS Companies.
