Chris Wergin
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Wergin joined AIMS Companies in May of 2024, serving as its Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining AIMS Companies, Chris was the Divisional Chief Finance Officer for SchoolMessenger, an education technology company providing two-way messaging services to parents and educators. Most of Chris’ career was at Intrado Life and Safety (18 years) where he held various roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as SVP, Finance. He is best known for partnering with operations to improve performance and drive value creation.
Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Colorado,Boulder.
