Maria Mihaletos holds a Business Administration Degree and has been in the service, cleaning, and inspection business for many years. She brings over 20 years of experience in both the maintenance and industrial sectors. Mrs. Mihaletos possesses executive-level managerial, operational, and marketing skills. She has also assisted in the achievement of PVIC/AIMS’ long-term goals. Along with her husband, Chris Mihaletos, they have built the companies to their current position.

Mr. Mihaletos has a 25 year track record of entrepreneurial experience owning, managing and growing industrial plumbing service, contracting and inspection businesses. In 1992, Mr. Mihaletos founded and managed a commercial plumbing, maintenance and contracting business in Johannesburg, South Africa. As majority owner and CEO, Mr. Mihaletos led his business to become a top 10 operator in South Africa with over 200 employees and 20 commercial trucks. In 2001, Mr. Mihaletos successfully exited his business to immigrate his wife and young children to the United States and continue his entrepreneurial endeavors. 

In addition to investing in other , Mr. Mihaletos opportunistically purchased PVIC in 2005 and AIMS in 2007, both through leveraged buyouts, culminating in MACK acronyms for his wife and children (Maria, Antonio, Chris and Katya). Mr. Mihaletos received his diplomas in Business Management from Damelin College and Building and Plumbing Studies from Johannesburg Technical College. 

Steven Hudson

Steven Hudson offers 10+ years of experience in the Heavy Civil and Mining & Industrial construction industries. Mr. Hudson received an education in Construction Management with an emphasis in Civil Engineering & Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. Steven maintains his OSHA 30, MSHA (experienced miner), NASSCO – PACP/LACP/MACP certifications and is actively involved in the American Institute of Contracts since becoming a member in 2010. Mr. Hudson began working with AIMS as a sales manager in 2011 where he began establishing a new customer base to add to the existing serviced markets. Since 2011, Steven has been successful in assisting AIMS to expand into Texas, Oregon, California and New Mexico where local offices have been established for day to day business. Steven has developed a strong team of operations personnel who are focused on providing quality services throughout the Western United States in new and existing industrial, municipal and environmental services.

Christopher Barton

Christopher Barton is a 20-year CPA, having served as CFO, VP-Finance and corporate controller for regional private and international publicly owned companies in various industries.  A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Mr. Barton joined the Company in 2016, bringing an operational finance perspective and metric-driven discipline to the executive management team.  Mr. Barton has led system integrations, nationwide optimization and change management initiatives, spearheaded acquisitions, financed land, facility expansions, equipment and aircraft, and won international awards for financial performance.

Stephen Walker

Director of Operations

Stephen Walker has over 15 years of experience working with industrial coatings and is a certified Level II NACE Coatings Inspector and Lead Abatement Class C3 & C5 with SSPC. He possesses project management and quality control/quality check experience. He also has experience in media preparation techniques (blasting), application techniques fluid and trowel applied materials (coatings) and has the ability to schedule and maintain multiple ongoing and concurrent projects through various phase control procedures. Mr. Walker has successfully and safely closed out multi-year, task order and capitol style contracts and has received safety certificates of achievements at the federal level.

Tom Verbridge

Safety and Compliance Manager

Tom Verbridge joined AIMS in July 2013 with 28 years of experience in Project Management and Construction Contract Administration focused on Architectural projects in southern Arizona. Tom has extensive experience in the process of construction inspection, quality control and product delivery.  He maintains certifications as an OSHA 500 trainer, OSHA Safety and Management Specialist and MSHA – Experienced Miner. Tom maintains the MSHA Part 46 training programs and MSHA Part 48 training programs. Tom holds a CDL Class A license with all endorsements, is a certified CDL driver trainer and manages DOT compliance throughout all AIMS divisions. Tom interacts with all division managers and supervisors to provide safety management oversight focused on continuous adjustments and improvements to the AIMS safety culture.

Todd Smith

Regional Manager, Arizona

As the Arizona Regional Manager, Todd Smith manages daily CCTV and Hydro-Vac projects in the municipal, construction, and industrial fields. Todd joined the AIMS team in August 2009 as the Fleet Mechanic and quickly worked his way into a managerial role. Todd maintains his OSHA 30, MSHA 46/48 and NASSCO PACP, LACP and MACP certifications.

Josh Kerby

Regional Manager, California

Josh Kerby has 7 years of experience in the utility inspection industry and has been involved in the construction industry for over 13 years. Mr. Kerby began working for AIMS in 2011 as an experienced CCTV Operator bringing his extensive knowledge to the Northern California region. Trained in smoke testing, CCTV inspections, sewer rehabilitation, and cleaning, he has assisted in the development of operations on the west coast, as well as managed multiple ongoing projects. He also maintains OSHA 10 and NASSCO PACP, LACP, and MACP certifications.

David Alonzo

David Alonzo

Regional Manager, Oregon

As Oregon division manager, David Alonzo oversees the day-to-day operations in Oregon and the surrounding area. Mr. Alonzo has been with AIMS since March of 2013. Hired as a CCTV Operator Assistant, he quickly climbed the ranks and has been in management ever since. He is trained in a variety of testing methodologies including smoke testing, CCTV inspections, sewer rehabilitation, and cleaning. He maintains his OSHA 10 certification and is trained in Confined Space, CUES equipment repair, is a certified ODOT Flagger, and is NASSCO PACP, LACP, and MACP certified. Mr. Alonzo is also proficient in both POSM and Granite XP software.
